2. Subscription & Payments

Platform access depends on the subscription plan you select. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Zero Cost Disclaimer

Zero development cost means no custom coding is required. Hosting is included only during an active subscription and is subject to fair-use limits.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all content, products, and business activities conducted through your store.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, design, branding, and content belong to Build E-Commerce. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, revenue loss, or third-party service failures.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
